I don’t know what happens to this place. I have always had very good experiences with dr. Cruz and was referring this clinic to everyone. Unfortunately I don’t feel the same anymore. The stuff is not organized and making huge mistakes. Today was one of the day like this. They forgot to call me to tell me that my dog was done. When I called to check on her it was 4:40pm and I was told that she has to be picked up maximum by 5pm (that was in 20 mins) also on the phone I was told they didn’t do her blood work yet but they can do it now. I precisely asked what blood work markers and was told the one I requested in the morning. Well when I got there I found out they just did a regular blood work done and not they one I requested. I feel really upset about this as the person on the phone was telling me not true. This was the same person with who I checked in my dog in the morning and who I gave instruction and repeated like 3 times. How can I don’t get upset. I told them my dog is on steroids and have kidney disease so she needs a drinking water. Well being all day there she wasn’t given any water. I could go on and on. But the end of the story this is unacceptable. I hope this change and the staff will get more organized and be more compassion to their clients. Update on 07/26 my dog has been having a kidney failure so we have been at the red bird animal clinic almost everyday for the last 10 days and I can’t tell how wonderful Dr. Cruz and all the stuff has been. I am really grateful and could not be more satisfied how helpful and supportive they have been. PS: The person from the stuff about who I wrote reviews previously is not anymore working there.

Come see Dr. LaCret. He will love your pet but at the same time very practical and is never one to recommend unneccesary, expensive procedures. I've been seeing him for over 20 years with some cats and dogs along the way. He is the best. It also helps he has a wicked sense of humor and I always look forward to taking my pets to him.

Hands down the BEST animal clinic ever!! Before coming here I went to an emergency hospital which was VCA animal hospital in Hollywood, the prices were ridiculous & told me my dog needed surgery without them performing Xray & reported me to animal center & adoption for “no proper care “ on my animal only because I didn’t want to continue my service with them. I then found Red Bird & let me say I’m so happy I did! I felt so welcomed, prices were reasonable, they communicated so well! & my dog is back home all fixed up thanks to you guys! Bella says thank you! ❤️🐶

Took my dog Buddy in today for his yearly check up, shots, and to treat a hot spot he had. I was in and out in 45 minutes and all of the staff exceeded expectations in service and were very pleasant to deal with overall. 10/10 would recommend to any pet owner in the area!
