Food is surprisingly decent as it has been a while since I ate at Applebee’s. The salmon was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed the steamed broccoli as well as the garlic green beans (probably 2 of my favorite sides). The NY strip, although small, was a perfect medium-rare and tasty. Quite unusual to find outside of a good steakhouse…compliments to the chefs!

The food and service was amazing!!! Will took such good care of my group of 3. I’ve been coming to this Applebees for years and this was by far the best experience yet. Keep up the good work will!! We thank you so much 🙃

Kiki is not a very good server….we understand certain policies that are in place but she sits your drinks on the end of the table for everyone to go for their own. What happened to handing drinks to the person who ordered them. Her attitude is nice nasty. I believe so customer service coaching would benefits her and the customers that she serves at your establishment.

Even though short staffed my waitress Kylie N was exceptional. She was pleasant, efficient, and overall outstanding. The food was delicious. From the time I sat at Table#34-C5 , she made my dine in experience top of the line. Just , because of her service and the quality of my food I will return to Applebee's again. She actually smiled , made eye contact, and treated me as I was her priority. The respect level she provided was appreciated. I will return and my high tips will follow my service experience.
