I always have a great experience at this post office. It seems like “some customers “ are just always upset when they come in, I can’t understand why.

Straight up lazy in office workers; can't even go in to intercept my own package even when I have I.D. and a shipping number. It would be one thing if the package wasn't expensive or all that important. This time it was expensive and I would have liked it when I went to pick it up, instead of exposed outside. These people just gave me the run around and straight up told me they wouldn't check because it was to much mail.

Rude. Straight up. I asked for help with something and the woman at the second window flat out told me NO!! And then told me to hurry up because they were about to close at 5. I stayed in the parking lot to try to figure out what I needed to do for what I came for and I have seen 2 people go in after they were supposed to be closed. I am not one to complain but this was WAY out of line. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I am very disappointed with them getting rid of their phone number, it has a national number to call now and I have tried calling this week to ask them to please tell their carriers not to leave mail on the porch without at least knocking (we had an iPad delivered and they didn't knock or anything, it's lucky I looked outside and saw it) and there has been about an hour wait for a representative everytime I have tried to call. They had a local number last time I tried to call, which is unfortunately more than I have had to call for any other issue because we have had the worst mailmen in the four and a half years I have lived in this house. We got someone else's medication delivered to us once, it had the correct address on it, but they put it in our mailbox, and we have had more packages misdelivered than I care to remember, including a laptop my sister-in-law ordered. The only reason we even found that package was because they have GPS tracking on the scanner and we were able to call the post office and find out the address it had been delivered to. The people there had left it out for the mailman to pick up for several days since it was misdelivered and he just ignored it, we were lucky they were honest and it never rained! Things have gotten a bit better since, but this office needs to get it together. And if it takes an hour or more to get through to customer service, things are only going to get worse!

No. This Post Office will not publicly disclose their local phone number.
I cannot help with you immediate question. Regarding your issues however, it is worth knowing that you can request senders specify "hold for pickup" on the package itself and then you will need to pick it up at the post office.
