I called this store over my “undeliverable” mail 30 times over a two day period while I was out of town. Nobody answered. When I got back into town, I headed straight to the office because I NEED that piece of mail. Nobody helped me for over 30 minutes despite me calling (hearing the phone ring), knocking and buzzing. At one point I heard someone say “just let it ring”. When someone finally did answer the door, I politely asked what I needed to do about the mail. She told me she would not look for it and to contact the IRS. Ya right, the IRS doesn’t care about my mail lol. I am never anything but nice to customer service employees. Those jobs are hard but not a single person was willing to even be kind to me and I’m leaving beyond frustrated.

This post office has been stealing packages and mail from my apartment complex for years. They will not answer the phone and will not corporate with USPS claims that are filed (you will never get a call back or get a case resolved). Their employees sift through your mail, and they will steal anything that resembles a card with money, gift cards, drivers licenses, or HSA cards. I've had all of the above stolen after it was scanned through informed delivery. Not sure how this post office is still running, but the pony express would do a better job.

Package is 2 weeks late, no help from usps over the phone then when you call the office directly they just put you on hold and never come back! If I could I would never use usps again. No wonder Amazon is winning.

Phone is always "busy" - aka off the hook so you can never call to speak to someone directly. Package delivery (or lack of delivery - packages just eternally lost) has gotten so bad I can no longer order anything online that delivers through USPS. Three examples of this in the last two months alone!! Vendor says "delivered" - yet not delivered to my house! In 15 years of dealing with this annex, I have lost track of the number of mail items and packages that I have never received, the number of times I have gone to the annex with no resolution or help given (usually waiting several minutes for someone to even acknowledge a customer there) - and there is nowhere to go with these issues. The number of complaints at this location is tenfold and nothing is done. I like many in this area, have no reliable mail service. And we are stuck.

I told them that when I went there months ago and the dude didn't even know that his phone was having trouble...guess it is still broken. What a mess.

Other people are you having trouble with your packages being delivered to wrong address? Happens so many time for me. Our house numbers are 10 inches and the postal carriers can't read !

I went to pick up my mail and I was given FOUR packages that didn't belong to me. The street names and numbers were not even close to mine and neither were the names on the packages. I didn't realize until I got home and I had to drive alllll the way back to the post office because it's illegal for me not to. Such a hassle especially when I have to work tonight.

I'm noticing in our area (The Woods) housing addition off of I-29 & 64th street that our Postman is choosing WHO he delivers mail to on a daily basis. He delivers on 1 side only. I only got mail twice this week. On Monday 7-18th & yesterday Sat.

There is a drastic shortage of carriers right now, so the ones that do show up really are trying their best. There's a good chance that the carrier isn't familiar with the route or was pulled back to the office or was given directives to do a different duty. Or perhaps the route was split between different carries and your road just happened to be where the mail was divided. Hope this helps.

I lost my mailbox keys how do I get more
