We ordered 2 pieces and were told it could be 10 to 14 weeks for them to come in. It only took 4 weeks so I was super excited about them coming in early. I was also very pleased with the delivery. The pieces were put together and placed where I asked for them to be placed. And the one piece that needs electricity to work was plugged in and checked to be sure it worked. Over all I am very pleased with our purchase!

Great shopping experience from start to finish. Called to arrange the delivery, called to remind me about the delivery and pinpointed the arrival of the truck.The delivery crew arrived on time, set everything where I asked them to and checked to make sure everything was working properly prior to leaving. If/when I need furniture I will definitely buy from Furniture Deals again.

Absolutely terrible the sales guy at the door was great but the managers were very unprofessional and rude, we had a price of a couch from their Facebook page and they wouldn't honor the price. We even showed them the Facebook ad with their website and info on it . They didnt even offer a discount , one of the saleman kept cussing saying and talking very out of line. Very poor service and character. Will not being going back. You can clearly see it has their website and everything. Furniture deals definitely needs to hire better management.

I purchased this mattress in 2018 with a ten year warranty. When I began to notice back problems I began to try to figure out what was causing them. I removed my mattress cover to notice the mattress looks like the pictures underneath. When I submitted for my warranty I was told to take a picture of the legal tag that was missing and apparently never attached because who would remove that label knowing of its importance. When I submitted for my warranty it was denied because the tag was not present. I informed them it wasn’t there prior to submitting my warranty request. I believe I may not be the only one with this issue and just wanted to spread the word to make sure your legal tag is sown into the bed it should not be easily removed at all. Seeking legal advice now. Please reach out to me if you had the same issue.

We paid in full the same day we were shopping. They delivered 7 days later. Maybe you should call them.
