The quality of La-Z-Boy furniture is not what it use to be. We purchased a sofa & chair & dining table with chairs & bar stools. We had the chair replaced within a few months & we've had a furniture repair person here about 4 times for different issues. Our dining table is rough & no offer of a solution. It doesn't have enough clear finish on it & therefore, everything snags. The bar stools have been repaired twice & the sofa cushions do not wear good. A lot of money for poor quality. We did buy during the pandemic but, we have not been offered anything for the table & sofa for a fix.

The sales and design team at this store were outstanding in helping me select furniture that was comfortable for a petite frame. They also were experts in finding fabrics that met my taste in color and fabric texture. Most importantly, any time I walked into the store, I was helped - even if my sales person was not working that day. This store works as a team and everyone I encountered earns five stars for service and knowledge! Jillian was such a gem in designing my room in 3D and personally helping me throughout the process. This will be the first place I look when shopping in the future.

Jennifer helped us with a new recliner over the weekend. We stopped by just to see what they had and she was very informative but low pressure. She even stayed a little after they closed to make sure we got to see all of the options. We came back the following day and she greeted us by name and we made a decision and got everything taken care of right away. Great experience and Jennifer was very helpful and thoughtful. !

Victoria at the Liberty, Mo. location is the best! She was beyond helpful! She carefully listened to our needs & wants as we looked for new recliners! She never rushed us & literally let us try them all until she directed us to the perfect fit for us! She explained all of our options, protection products & services, and purchase details.
