Only place in KC to get southeastern type soul food,every time I’m here I’m treated very well. It’s an old store in a rough neighborhood but I love this place! Great place to find hard to find meats(oxtails,neck bone chitterlings). Working man’s grocery store in a workin man’s Nieghborhood.

Best store to find everything you need oxtail, fresh and smoked turkey necks, mustard, turnip, and collard greens. Reasonably priced my favorite store in KCMO and I drive from Lexington MO. That tells you a lot!!

A great place for good deals if you are doing a cook out is the best place. Nice friendly people and knowledgeable on all if not they will point you to the right person. One star less not really a big variety on things

Not at 530am
Yes they have oxtails not sure of the price but be ready to spend a pretty penny they not cheap but their prices are cheaper than most and better quality
