The Bridge Maintenance Staff at this location are top notch. They stopped their operations and came over and helped me out when my car had stalled out in the number three lane just after pulling on the bridge.

Pay your toll, fine. But could the workers at least turn down the music and acknowledge the drivers?

The San Mateo-Hayward Bridge Toll Plaza employees are usually very fast and efficient getting cars onto the bridge as fast as possible. It helps to have exact change, but when that is not possible, the employees get change to you faster than seems possible.
