Small local park located near Sleepy Hollow in Hayward. Tennis courts nearby. Small picnic area...picnic tables benches are a bit dirty & need to be replaced...no public restrooms available (not that I saw anyway) I could be wrong. Rated 3 stars for me because of the tennis courts otherwise I would've rated it much lower.

in between the back of the elementary school and the rec center, there is a baseball diamond, and there are restrooms. I haven't seen them open but general rule of thumb is the park public restrooms are open sunrise to sunset. hope this helps.
