I had high hopes, and maybe B&C is good for many transactions, but I called about registering a car from out of state and they mislead me about the cost and process. (didn't tell me to bring the car or that I needed it inspected before registering in CA) I decided to just go to the DMV since you need a vehicle inspection plus the registration. It was fast and easy at the DMV.

The service is trash . I put one star only because that’s what is needed to do a review if you guys go here be sure you guys are ready to be treated like trash people that work there are ignorant and the manager there is as ignorant and unprofessional I will be contacting the business bureau tomorrow morning new management needs to be placed and new employees if you guys don’t like the job then find a new one . Be sure you guys will be put in your place. We pay taxes for a reason so people like you can eat expect a call tomorrow morning .

B & C REGISTRATION is great if you don't want to wait in the normal hour to two hour lines at any DMV. There is just one office person there with NO waiting people. There was a $58.00 Service charge to get my Registration. So, it's just a matter of time and if the charge is worth you're time.

Be prepared to pay $58 on top of the State fees and tax, when you go to this business to change ownership of a car. Although there is a notice about the fee on top of the counter, it is not apparent unless you are standing by it. It is not posted in an obvious spot on a wall where people would see it. I was only told about the extra $58 after I went throught the whole process. I assumed there would be a fee since it's a private business but $58 is unreasonable for a few minutes of their time -- including the time to send documents to Sacramento.

Only State of California official DMV offices can access anything with Drivers license or ID cards. In Sonoma County that’s Santa Rosa or Petaluma.
Bring in your paperwork and we will enter it in the DMV system, we should be able to issue license plates, stickers and a registration card out of our office.

No. Santa Rosa Or Petaluma DMV offices are open for walk ins. You have to go there or you can try the virtual assistant online at www.dmv.ca.gov
Yes. We carry those types of plates. Bring in your current registration card or a copy of the title (if one was issued) and we can give you an estimate as to the cost of reissuing a new plate.
Through our office, we can replace titles (pink slips) as long as all the registration fees are current and there is no change of address.
Like the owner above said, No. But if you need quick helpful no waiting forever in line vehicle DMV services they are awesome. I say that from experience.
