Wonderful experience! Customer service was excellent! She even told me I can get a Triple AAA discount, if I was a member! I told her I was! I didn’t even know that if you are a triple aaa member, you can get a discount! They printed all the pages for me very fast! Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Staff was very rude, severely over charged for a return label. Originally charge 5.99 for shipping and I had to pay 18.99 to return it when the original purchase was $30 (NOT HAPPY) Worker was very rude the whole, yellling at the other worker the whole time, felt bad just wanted to get in and out. I don’t typically leave reviews just thought people should know about my horrible encounter.

My customer service interaction here was disappointing. We had a package sent to this store for me to pick up, but when I arrived I was told it was probably returned because my name wasn't on it. The clerk was dismissive of our situation and said it could take a few days for it to show up in the system. It's been five days and still no record of it. UPS is reviewing our claim, but this store had zero compassion and provided no assistance. This place will not have our return business and to anyone who asks, I will recommend against using their services.
