Post master and another associate disrespected my story and abruptly hung up. I left my wallet in the post office for 15 min… completely in a rush and days later received my ID alone in the mail coming from this office. :/ I called the office to see if we can see some footage, or maybe speak to the associate who mailed it in. I received a very disrespectful response to my wishes and I said I would like to call the cops because I am a bit suspicious… they said “whatever” and hung up.

Keith was giving me a hard time by not letting me use the tape as they always did when I shipped packages out. He told me it's their policy to not let anyone use it and to buy my own. When in fact 2 other customers in front of me ( white ) he had no problem letting them use it with no charge or making them buy their own. When I asked why I wasn't allowed to use it and why he let them use it with no charge his response was " just because " I always come here to ship, and everyone else always, always let's me use the tape they have.

Wish there was a zero stars option. Although no where can I find anything shutting down mail to Canada, this post office wont accept mail going to Canada. And no option to speak to anyone one on the 800 number. Service people are rude and really have zero customer service skills before and during the pandemic.

Not only was the service extremely unhelpful but mid-sentence a male employee hung up on me. In my experience they were both disorganized and incredibly rude. I would strongly recommend finding a different post office, especially when dealing with things like getting a passport.
