Subway Bart station which is at the heart of the SFO city. It has other public transportations as well. There are no kiosk to help public with buying tickets . The only way to get in is by swiping clipper card or by Google Pay/Apple pay app linked to digital clipper. Bart terminals will be crowded. Lot of people jump the gate and don't swipe their clipper or digital clipper. No one is there to look around such incidents.

Great spot to watch the pride parade.

While certain details May categorize the four downtown SF BART stations, they're really more alike than distinct: Large, noisy and not unattractively designed but not very appealing. This station is really not the sort of place you want to linger about but then again that's really the point.

Better than Civic station, which in turn is the worst, worse than Montgomery and Powell, so If you can avoid it take a train back one or two stations, which may be less crowded and cleaner; you might even get a seat in Powell; so it’s worth spending an extra ten minutes, if you have the time, to onboard at a different station (Montgomery is literally two minutes Bart ride away).

Yes, I believe so. I just checked the bart schedule https://www.bart.gov/schedules/eta?stn=EMBR
Montgomery Station
.3 miles away.
.4 miles, 8 mins.
It isn't. Peak hours in the morning. I have to walk to west portal from 28th Ave taraval to take Muni lines in the tunnel. Because L lines refuse to show up. Normal hours I am not sure. But I take the L line to work morning and evenings. It is a disaster.
