First of all when I called for an appointment to get my car inspected James was very nice on the phone. When I took my car in for the inspection they explained what repairs my car needs in the coming future with a fair estimate. When I called later with a question David was very pleasant and easily answered my question. Bottom line, I felt like the estimate prices were good and all the people were pleasant and respectful I plan to bring my car there for all its needs. 😃

Me and my family have been going to KC Complete Auto of Liberty since we moved here 3 years ago. I personally take my '06 4Runner there, which is going on 300,000 miles. I WILL make it to 300,000 and I trust KC Auto to get me there. Personally, my favorite aspect of their service is their honesty and their willingness to make things right. For example, they contacted my father AFTER he had paid for a service (that turned out not to have been completed) and assured him a full refund + hassle compensation. And it was transmission fluid service. He would have been none-the-wiser if they had not called him after the fact to alert him to their mistake. Furthermore, I feel the KC Auto team will often go out of their way to do little things for me. For example, I left my car with them recently to diagnose a battery issue and when I got it back, they had replaced the key fob battery (free of charge.) I never even asked! But I was meaning to do it! Not looking forward to finding another honest auto shop when I move states!

I live about 1hr 40min from Liberty. I was visiting my fiance, and at the time I left home, I wasn't having trouble until I made it to the city. My car overheated, there was suddenly a hole leaking coolant rapidly. They were able to fit me in even being so busy and made sure I made it home safe and I even made it to work. Very nice people, highly recommend.
