Honestly. Terrible customer service. I went in asking for four balloons. Got to my car and noticed I only had three. I went back in and said "So sorry to bother you, I got three balloons instead of four. I wasn't sure if I needed to wait in line." To the lady putting stuff put on the shelves. She looked like she hated her job. She directed me to the lady who originally helped me. I said "I was given three balloons. Two red and one black. I'm missing a black one. She stood there trying to argue with me. I said, I can to get them. I was only given three... "must've lost it in the wind." I said "I didn't. I wrapped them around my hand." And rudely went and made another one. I would rather drive 30 minutes to the next nearest one then to come into here where everyone acts like they hate their entire life.

My paper towels were bagged with my laundry detergent which then ruined my paper towels because the detergent leaked. :( needed to clean with them… Bought a frame that I was excited to gift and they broke the glass and frame bagging it…. …

This Dollar Tree location is organized, has a nice variety of gifting supplies, and the staff was warm and welcoming as well.
