They are very helpful & can fix most any problem. They even do small things for you & charge you nothing. (But I usually tip them when they do that, I mean it's only fair) We have dealt with them in the past, had them completely redo a computer once. Did a very good job. Find their prices to be reasonable. They are very friendly! Great place to go for Tech Fix. At least the one in Liberty is. Certainly better then Best Buy, who knows nothing!! UGH!

Just recently had an Asurion claim at this location. So I got my screen fixed for a great price. The employees were great and quick and they both went above and beyond. While I was in there, a man was yelling at the employees about HIS mistake. Both employees were extremely professional in handling the issue that was no way their fault at all. They were both calm even after this man started cursing at them. Again, with HIS mistake. The employee offered numerous solutions to calm the man until it was finally resolved. I'd go here again with issues, even if they weren't covered by asurion.

They fixed my phone so fast I didn't even get the name of the man who helped me. I walked in thinking I might have a pricy repair on my hands, and the guy was able to fix it with a pair of tweezers in under 2 minutes. I was out of there before my appointment was even scheduled to begin and without a penny spent, I was absolutely floored. It was the best experience I've ever had getting a device fixed.

Best service I got with fixing a phone. Randy was courteous, knowledgeable, and I felt prices were affordable. I got dropped off and I have difficulty standing. Randy was kind enough to bring a chair. If they can they will fix it and it only took 1.5 hours.
