They rebuilt my drill batteries for half the cost while I waited. They carry batteries for just about anything, not to mention bulbs.

order was placed on 11/23/21at which time I was called within about 15mins to be told that the lights were not in stock and that I would be contacted within a couple of days letting me know they were in. I was never contact. My maintenance person finally contacted the store on 12/27 and was told they did not have anything order. I sent him the order number, he went to the store and they stated they had "put the ticket in wrong and for unknown reasons we were not notified that they had come in. The lights have been at the store". Not impressed and will not recommend to anyone

I took in an IPad for battery replacement. They had to send it off saying, 5 day turnaround. I opted for 6 days since Labor Day there would be no deliveries. It had not arrived at the store, and was in First trip: In transit to be delivered that evening. 2nd trip: When I went to pick it up, someone had broken the screen. Another 2 days to wait. I called in before going up and was told the manager had not come in yet to replace the screen, but it would be ready at 1:00 PM. This is the third trip. They should have called to explain the situation, instead of me driving up there twice
