Short and sweet. If whirlpool sends fields services out to fix your appliance, Beg for another company. Worst customer service, takes for ever to schedule appointment, didn’t show on day of appointment. Issue is still not resolved and I have still have a brand new chest freezer that doesn’t work,

Tried to charge no me full replacement but Maytag said if it wasn’t done by negligence should be covered under warranty. So guy called and said it would be 220 but they said it would be 130 for service and labor. Make it make sense. This isn’t the first time I had issues. I blame myself should have refused and asked for another company service technician.

how can u run a business and never does anyone answer a phone?????? Trying every day and get run around with answering machine or robots.
Im not affiliated with this servicer but I can tell you that Manufacturers will not pay warranty claims on parts obtained from anyone other then their approved supply chain. If I were you I would Call Whirlpools customer service and ask them to ship it directly too you and call your dealer and ask for a loaner whike you wait.
They are terrible. Half a dozen service calls due to wrong parts to fix a brand new range hood. I don't know how they stay in business.
What Matthew said. They perform warranty work for Whirlpiol, but they don't do it well. Took about six service calls for them to fix my brand new range hood and it still makes weird noises.

Turn your freezer down to mid range and the frig on cold and it might still work. If the freezer is too cold the frig won't get cold.
