Dogtown Coffee is my go-to place for morning coffee. I love the local Santa Monica feel and it's great seeing the same faces there each day. The breakfast burritos are excellent. I don't need to eat the rest of the day after one of them. And the wall murals lend a beach vibe that I really like.

This coffee shop was located in the hotel across the street from the Huntley Hotel where we stayed. I was so happy to have visited it. The coffee there was AMAZING! So much so I had to get it two days in a row! I wish we had one of these in our southern region of Louisiana! Starbucks would not see me again!!

I've never made a review in my life, but at this point was extremely necessary! This place is a MESS! I ordered a simple beagle with cream cheese and bacon. After 40 MINUTES WAITING I came to check and they give me the wrong one with eggs. I asked to replace and they didn't have beagle anymore... WHAT? They asked what else I would like to eat, and I just left the place because I was STARVING and didn't have any patience to wait for 40 more minutes for something WRONG. Also the person that was with me said that the his beagle wasn't good. I would give 0 stars if I could! Terrible.

Entire restaurant pickup system and physical experience is in shambles every time I come. I order ahead, give ample time (20-30 min) to prepare.. and disaster ensues when I arrive. Employees don’t know who is waiting, wanting to order, or coming to pickup online orders. I’ve worked in restaurants for 10+ years and haven’t seen something this bad. Management needs to fix this because nice, good employees are having to suffer and be frustrated just as much as the customers waiting 45min for their food. Management needs to put a better system in place. When the security guard starts helping out with orders with people standing out front, you know you have a problem. (Feedback # doesn’t work)
