I was pleased with my experience with my service manager, Brian Jones, but to his credit he always gives me impeccable service. I needed a new alternator, didn’t know but when I started my car I heard a sound I never heard before, the battery light came on & was immediately able to get Brian on the phone he told me to go straight home, scheduled a service and loaner car for me. He had me call AAA to have my car towed to South Bay Lexus because he was concerned with my safety. I live by the Santa Monica Lexus but I have been going to the Torrance Lexus for 17 years because they are so friendly and helpful, I never had a situation where I couldn’t trust them or had a bad service experience. I always ask for Brian and always leave with a smile on my face.

Henry Montoya and the whole crew provide outstanding service. It was extremely busy at my drop off time but the whole team worked to quickly to get everyone properly checked in. It was like an Indy pit crew without seeming rushed. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The team was professional and answered all of my questions. They were genuinely glad to be there helping all of the clients. Thank you to Henry and all the staff at South Bay Lexus for another great service experience.

I always get excellent service from Lexus. George Chen is my service advisor and is always very personable and good at explaining any issues with my car. He recently gave me a discount to help with a repair charge that was going to be pretty costly to help me out, which is very much appreciated. It’s nice to always get a nice, clean car to drive home too!
