5/18/22 I will be coming here more often. Healthy, fast, and affordable. Today I tried the shrooms wrap and it was pretty filling. I will be back for it. Frank the cashier greeted me and others with a warm welcome and is the reason I'm writing the review.

I had the chance to visit the hive in March and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The staff were friendly, the service was pretty quick, and I don’t remember having to pay a lot of money which is always a plus. If I’m ever back in Santa Monica I do plan on making a visit back here.

I believe the Hive is known for it's bowls, but this review is based on their avocado toast. I was a bit underwhelmed by the size of the toast - it was quite a bit smaller than I expected. However it did taste great, especially with the added poached egg on top. The bowls looked great, which I would have to try the next time I come. The jasmine green tea tasted a but watered down unfortunately. Overall, the prices were pretty high ($14 for the avocado toast with egg, $5 for a small tea).
