I went into the store recently to exchange/return borders I had bought. I didn’t have my receipts but the manager helped me so I could get the items I needed for my classroom. She was so patient and kind. Great customer service at this location! Definitely a welcoming environment :)

Prices are up in the clouds, however i loved the options for games and activities for kids of ALL ages. The opportunities feel endless. Great learning and also for-fun games. Not the best customer service because they’re just always unpacking stuff.

Expensive prices, but great quality, long lasting products with fun and educational intentions. If I could afford it all, I would buy everything. Great service, lovely place. Always organized.

This place is great for gifts for kids. It's not all the stuff you see on tv it's all learning toys mostly. Teachers get a discount here as well. Try here for that next birthday party gift that you don't know what to get.

I don't believe so. They have 60 stores across the country and I believe they are all company stores (not franchised). It did get its start in San Leandro, CA, but now is a pretty good sized company.
