Terrible staff, yelling at customers via the speakers (I could hear them yelling at other customers from several stalls over)! During my brief visit they lost track of my order TWICE, then said I never ordered in the first place! So disorganized, I wouldn't trust their kitchen to get a diet coke right.

Came here evening slushies and snacks. Their app didn't work at this store for whatever reason. Also can't tip with a card yet. Poor car hops. Sonic as we love it though.

This used to be my son's favorite after-school treat spot, but I guess that's over, since they're suddenly closing at 2pm every day. And bear in mind, it's summer, so it's not as though the labor pool of high school students are in class. I bet this is the consequence of poor management and poor pay. Now, will anyone in charge improve conditions and pay for the workers here so they can stay open until 10pm again? I'm not holding my breath.

Recently visited this sonic location and ordered two shakes. I am so upset about the product I received!! I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blast only to discover that when I got home I was completely deceived by your company. I was enjoying my shake only to realize that my shake ended up being a butterfinger shake with chocolate chip cookies dough pieces on top. I’m never going to order from your restaurant again and same on your employee’s for not being honest and trying to hide their mistake!! I’d give you zero stars if I could
