Was disappointed from my experience. Came in for a battery replacement for my laptop, I had the new battery but just needed help putting it in because I didn't have the tools. The guy I worked with was nice but had no idea how to work with laptops. According to him, the guys that know how to work computers did not come in to work. After showing him a YouTube video of how to replace the battery, he recommended I just leave the laptop for one of the other guys to work on. I took my laptop and am going to do it myself.

We used to bring all of our repair work here. Tu is a great guy that really goes above and beyond to get things fixed quickly and correctly the first time. If for some reason it isn't fixed 100% to your satisfaction he's always willing to make things right. Great place and great people!
