I am so pleased! I brought in a pair of earrings after they got damaged and bent. I had been to a couple big name stores who told me they could not repair them. I stopped by Thompson's and I was told that they would make their best attempt to repair them, and if they couldn't they wouldn't charge me for their time. After this interaction alone I was already pleased. I just picked up my earrings and they look wonderful! They look like nothing ever happened to them, even more, they look so clean and shiny! They did a wonderful job at a more than reasonable price. I will bring any jewelry business I have to them in the future, and will recommend them to anyone! I can't say enough good things
