Went to the store to update, replace phone. For whatever reason, the system could not authenticate me. They apologized for the inconvenience and the consultant gave me his card so I could email him with my email, and he would email me back as soon as he had a reply from HQ as to why the system wasn't authenticating me. This could take minutes, hours, or days. So it has been two and a half hours and I though that not only would I email, but also call. Well, there's no phone number. On line the number is a corporate number, which when I dialed immediately went to text. After 10 + minutes of texting the agent gave me the same number, that is the corporate 888 number. No way to contact the store, and no reply to the email. Consequently I don't have a phone connected to the service, and don't know how long it will take for this to be solved. I was hoping to at least have a confirmation email that they had received my info so that I could be contacted once this problem is solved. The only other option is for me to go to the store. Ridiculous that I cannot call the store where I do business with. How is it that instead of going forward, "we" are going backwards?

While I was there they made plenty of mistakes I had to wait an extra week for service because of it also nobody ever asked me if I wanted to save $30 a month on my cell phone bill for the same service I'm paying $60 for now I had to see it on TV as an advertisement of course after I left the shop. Shyyyt can't believe how somebody dropped the ball while I was actually in the store and not on the phone actually in the store

One of the associate, the big guy, has no customer relations skills nor product knowledge, a condescending attitude and is in the wrong line of work. He was short with me the first encounter, and just sent my wife home in tears with her encounter with him today. He needs to work from home and stay away from people.

Your local Spectrum should be able to help you activate your new phone. You will need Your Username and Password or create them. Be sure to sign in on the service tablet when you arrive, to secure your place in line at the store. Have a Great Day!🌞
Yes, that is one of the primary purposes of the store. We turned in all of our old equipment from our former house in Orlando after we moved here to Port Orange. The associates were most helpful.
My entire bill - including tv, internet access and so forth, are working just fine. I have no phone service, but it rings - just can't answer it. Although I can see and hear on TV that I have a caller and who it is, I can not answer or call back. All of these things are on Spectrum.
As far as I know, You can return or exchange a Phone. It would be a good idea to bring your receipt to the store where you made the purchase. The Employees are very helpful. I am sure they would do their best to accommodate your need. I Hope it All works out for You.😊
I believe you can sign up for autopay.
