i dropped off my bike Monday and they told me 1-3 days to put in a chain link on my mountain bike. Weekend came no call no nothing. Called to check status of my bike, claimed they ordered the part and it'd take another week for it to came in. Would've been nice to know before weekend to re arrange different plans. They told me 30$ not mentioning if it was for part and labor or each. Ended up being charged double 60$. Business is business, customer service should be more punctual.

Very kind and helpful staff. Nice selection of current road and mountain bikes. They have entry level bikes to get you on the mountain, as well as nice front full-suspension bikes for all different types of riders. Purchased a Scott Spark Full Suspension and it is AWESOME. Loving it.

Hi Dan, I am really sorry to hear this. We at WBS certainly would have or still can make it right. We are happy you decided to share this experience. Just let us know when you will be coming through Windsor next time and we will work it out. Buying a bike online doesn't compare to shopping for that right bike that you can test ride. Bike Peddler is an excellent recommendation as well, they are a really great local bike shop!
