Profesionnally managed, gated, well kept mobile home and RV Park. Friendly staff. Small location of approximately 100 lots. A few lots are larger. People watch out for each other and report issues to the front office. Lakewood Police respond to emergency calls.

The front office staff is very warm and welcoming. They always have activities going on like wii bowling, bingo, bunko, and movie nights. The community is very well maintained and amenities always work and are clean. They stay on top of everything here. All the residents look out for each other and therefore you feel really safe. No wonder we stayed so long. Also all the neighbors are all nice and respectful. If your thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate.

The park is nice. Well groomed, bathrooms and showers available. Laundry facility very reasonable, clean and excellent working condition. There is also a rec. Room and swimming pool. I am giving the place a 2 because during my visit of two nights I parked inside the park and rats got inside my car motor. The rats ate the wiring and my car is no good now. I had taken my car to the dealer the day before for brakes so I though it had to do with that. When the technician look, the rats came out of the motor. I feel bad for the elderly who reside there because they might not have someone who looks after them. I am looking at a huge expense that I was not prepared for as the insurance does not cover that type of damage.

We have full amenities here, Restrooms with showers, Laundry facilities at each end of the park. Its going up so i think new rent will be $1045 mth plus electric.
