Hi William our rates are $1300.00 a month plus your electric and a $300.00 deposit. We can hold up to a 45'RV, your RV has to be ten years or newer, This is a 55 and older park. We have full amenities here, Restrooms with showers, Laundry facilities at each end of the park.
