At the time I came to Petaluma about 12 years ago, I had an older TV that had major problems that I feared were terminal. Then I found Rashid at Video and Audio Repair... He not only brought it back to life, but did it promptly and at a very reasonable price. Fast forward td the present day, I again found Rashid in the "little repair shop around the corner".This time it was my computer that had serious problems and, just as before, Rashid delivered, showing his skill and dedication to do a good job , promptly, and at a reasonable cost. This a history of 5 star performances in my book! J law

If you have out of warranty McIntosh or Oppo, Rashid at Audio & Video Repair is your go to fellow! He is an authorized repairman for both and has direct lines to the companies. His intake fee is very reasonable and the total price is great. I’m really pleased with the repairs. Very kind and candid fellow, a pleasure to work with. There is no need to go to the electronics repair place in Redwood City which is very expensive.

Took my Panasonic TV to Rashid earlier this month. He had it diagnosed and repaired in 2 days! He charges reasonably and was very flexible with his schedule and stayed late so that I could pick it up after work. Couldn't ask for better service.

The screen on my LCD TV stopped working. It just stopped and the TV is not that old...and didnt want to have to buy a new one. I called Rashid and he offered to come to our offices to fix the screen. That was great, I didn't have to unplug everything and lug the big heavy tv down to the shop. He found the issue quickly and had my TV back in working order at a reasonable rate. thanks.
