Unbelievably ridiculous this store, it's as if someone's nephew runs this store cause it's a joke I been here twice once for my wife and once for myself both time were pathetic. The "customer service " doesn't exist they have a single phone line there yet have 4 people walking around the store so trust me when I say they don't care about customer service. They show visible frustration if you wanna try on more then one pair of boots. Entire store needs to be restaffed with people who actually care or know something about boots every question I asked couldn't be answered. Should I start on wait times ? If your not the size of middleschooler or the size of Andre the giant they won't have your size. Every time I call I get a busy single even tho every time I wall in no one at the front counter is on a phone so either they disconnect them or somone is in the back talking to their friend. Recommend any other redwing shoe but this store.

Decent parking, close to Coddingtown so the location is nice. Service was great, and I don't know of a better place to get these sorts of work shoes in the area. Prices seem to be fair, but I'm not exactly a work shoe expert.
