Store has an amazing assortment but lacks professionalism. I knew which pair of slides I wanted to purchase but the sales “professionals” were to busy trying to assist the walk ins that came after me. I would’ve love to walk out with some sandals but due to the service I will not be returning. It’s not just about the product it truly is how you treat others.

Went in today to buy Birkenstocks and was told that I had to wear a mask. It has been nearly 2 months since the mask mandate has been dropped and everyone should take personal responsibility for their own health. They lost a $200 sale. I hope it was worth it for them. I was not offered to be fitted outside but to be honest I wouldn’t spend my in a store that is so fearful of sickness and unwilling to look after their health in a legitimate responsible scientific way. I have immune issues and I take the utmost care with my body. A mask is not part of a healthy functioning immune system.

My very favorite shoe store. Good quality shoes that I wear and they last for years. I have found no other shoe store in the bay area where I find the shoes that are most comfortable and give me the support I need. I always seem to find the perfect shoe for me.

I love this locally owned shoe store. Great service and a pretty large selection of beautiful and well made shoes. They don't carry the cheap stuff, but it's worth every penny in quality and craftsmanship.
