Don't know where all these 1 stars are coming from. I have a friend who's ended up in the hospital a few times, so I had to come here multiple times to get tested. EVERY TIME I went, there was not 1 single person in life before me, or after me. And I went different days and times. The people who work there are very nice, and good at what they do, and I always get my results back within the hour. Have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place.

what is going on? Is this location open? I had appointment today and it doesn’t seem like anyone is around. Any info! Please share.

I walked up without an appointment, waited 40 minutes. In normal weather this isn't an issue, but it was cold and raining and there is no cover. If you try to use their tent for shelter, they chase you out. If you approach to ask a question, they do answer, but they not friendly. The site is convenient and the test is quick. And I saw people walk up who had appointment s and they were helped faster. The main problem is their website: You have to register to get a QR code: whether you have an appointment or not and their website is insanely slow, so it's not recommendable to do it while you're in line (oh and that area is horrible for cell phone reception). Booking an appointment ahead of time is difficult for the same reason. It's not ideal, but then there are other testing sites that are worse. Where you wait an hour outside in the rain, even with an appointment.

Despite having an appointment set for 2pm, I stood the rain for an hour waiting for my test just to be told they were “shutting down” because they ran out of tests. It was my understanding that you had to have an appointment to have a test administered but apparently that doesn’t matter. So how do you run out of tests when you should have a test for each appointment slot? They also wouldn’t talk to anyone after they announced their shut down. They closed the window and didn’t speak to anyone who had been waiting in line. Absolute joke of a testing site. I also tried calling their customer service line to get ahold of someone but alas no one answered and their inbox was full. What a shocker.
