We had a large-ish group for a few last minute games before the start of an event later that day. We arrived during peak time and the place was packed, with a birthday party happening at the same time. We expected to have a bit of a wait but to our surprise ended up getting two lanes right next to each other immediately. The front desk attendant advised that there was a special going on at the time and recommended we opt for going for an hour and a half of game time instead of by the game since it was much cheaper for a our group size. I cannot begin to give enough praise for the bar staff either, friendly, quick, and excellent cocktails. I was then told to have a great day, by name, without every giving it showing the care of detail and work ethic from the staff even during the busiest times. I truly hope if anyone from management sees this review they commend whoever was working the bar Saturday July 23rd, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but I think it may have been Maddie. Now, onto the actual bowling experience; the automatic scoring systems are the most up to date ones I have used at any of the bowling alleys in the area, they offer multiple game modes and the ability to add scoring handicaps “on-the-fly” which is really unique and adds a layer of accessibility that’s hard to find anywhere else. We happened to come, from what we could tell, fairly close to when the lanes had been oiled and we had a few pins come out of reach of the pin setter after impact; however the staff came and resolved the issue promptly and it did not impact our game in any way. The facilities are very well maintained and clean, overall I would say our experience here was top notch. After our bowling games we went to play some pool and the tables were all in excellent condition. The jukebox (a touchscreen TouchTunes machine) had the volume set a bit low due to the lack of people in the area, but with a quick question to the bar staff it was immediately turned up and we were able to have a rocking time while shooting pool and playing darts. 11/10 star experience and will definitely be coming back if I’m ever in the area!

Birthday party bowling. Short staffed didn't expect our crowd but staff did a great job with service ( we ordered a lot of bar food and drinks ). Had a great time. Kids bowl for free and they had a great time too.

I liked it on a school field trip it was really fun but you can change who goes next witch everyone can control it so people can't have fair terms epically if you have a time limit in a school field trip with a lot of people and you have a certain time

I love ward parkway, they recently upgraded the systems so we now have more options as far as what layouts and information we can get from the lanes. They are now much easier to use. The pizza here is really good. It is easily the best bowling alley pizza around.

Yes, it is kid friendly
The area around has become much more mall-esque. So the area isn't bad, but I wouldn't recommend this bowling alley personally because of the service that was offered. Your experience may differ
I believes so
I don't know the answer to that one. Just call the bowling alley to confirm or denied if they do or don't have duckpin bowling.
