Found a nice tank top and a cute pair of shoes for my daughter. Both on sale at a great price. Only complaint being the baby section hardly had anything.

Do not waste your time at this store. The staff is very incompetent and poorly trained. I work part-time for Gap, Inc. and the competence of the associates at this store location had me shaking my head. The first associate that assisted me didn't know how to correctly enter the style number for an online return. I knew she probably wasn't entering the number right, but I did not say anything because the "manager" was already on her way and I figured it wasn't a big deal. I was sure that the manager would be able to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, I was wrong. She (that is the "manager") came over to assist me in my exchange, I just wanted to return some shorts that I had bought online and exchange them for a smaller size, because the ones I ordered were too big, since I've lost some weight recently. The "manager" was able to do my return properly, but she did not do my exchange correctly, one of the shorts I purchased should have been the same price as the shorts I had returned, as I had bought 3 pairs of Bermuda shorts online, but could only find one in the size that I needed and so I just decided to get that one pair and then proceeded to purchase 1 other pair of shorts in a different style. I knew I wouldn't get the second pair of shorts for the same price that I ordered my previous shorts for, online; but i should have received the same price for my Bermuda shorts. After questioning her about her mistake and having to deal with her rudeness and attitude she changed the price on my shorts, but she changed it to the wrong price. The price should have been $6.47, because I used rewards and an online coupon code. She, that is the "manager", changed the price of the shorts to $15.97, which was not the correct sale price, that was the total of discounts that I received, not the actual price that I originally paid. I started to say something, but just decided to let it go. I have plenty of money and just chalked it up as a loss; paying an extra $9-$10 wasn't a big deal to me. It was the ugly attitudes of the associates that rubbed me the wrong way. The whole ordeal began because of their incompetence and they were hurriedly trying to rush me out of the line, because they kept making mistakes and I just didn't want to even bother with the whole situation. I just made sure to make a mental note to not shop with them anymore and want to warn other consumers to save their time and money and go somewhere else.
