Needed assistance with fixing my front door because the bottom had a gap and Andrew Salse was quick with the work! Even mentioned that it was a good thing I had put in the work order when I did because the part that was needed had arrived to fix my issue. Andrew was super helpful and incredibly friendly when he was working!

Shout out to Luis!! in the Maintenance department.. He has always provided an excellent job when attending to all my work orders, he isn't a handy man that just does temporarily Mickey Mouse repairs but he actually comes with a good helpful attitude and actually fixes any/all repairs. I know that i won't need to submitting a work order for the same issue a couple days later when he attends to it. I am grateful for his help and great customer service! Thank you Luis !!

It should be 10 stars. ⭐️ 😊 I had a continuous kitchen faucet and dishwasher leak, which led to major kitchen wood floor repair and kitchen floor restoration. Ramon, Hensley maintenance manager, was very caring and very knowledgeable. He fixed the kitchen faucet, replaced the dishwasher, with a new dishwasher, and fixed the toilet flush valve too! (occurred around the same time). He wanted the new flooring to match, in the entrance, and the bathroom too, so the work crew did that too. He went above and beyond to make sure everything is correctly fixed and taken care of. I’ve lived here, going on 9 years. Everyone is always very nice and helpful, when I come into the leasing office, with questions or concern. This is truly home. Thank you. 💖

This is an update on my previous review. I see a great positive progress in the responsiveness of the Leasing Office Team lately under the new management. I have submitted couple of maintenance requests and they both got handles promptly and seriously, Something that was not happening under the previous management. I appreciate your help and I appreciate the leasing office team for taking care of my requests and that the new management took over to change the performance to a better one.
