Worst apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. Management has changed several times over the last few years and has only gotten worse. All amenities are rarely available, not due to use, but to closure. This place has cockroaches surrounding every dumpster. The remodels are done with cheap material that cause immediately damage with any furniture. I highly advise against this complex. Do not be deceived by a paint job. Look closer. It’s all poorly done.

I highly recommend not to go there. There are thousands of big roaches wondering around the Appartment building and they never go away. We lived there only 4 month and they charged us 3000$ for move out. The staff seem very friendly in the beginning. They become very mean when we were leaving . The management is very worst. They refused to give us our important mails. They used very cheap materials for floor and then they put all charges on you. There vinyl is cheap sticky paper and you cannot ever put your furniture on it. They don’t have internet access there. We asked them before we made a hole for internet cable and still they charged us for that. I never seen this kind of management.

I been living here for over a year now and am absolutely happy with it. Very helpful, friendly and fast office staff like Michelle who is always respectful and maintenance crew like Peter,George and Joel who do Amazing job if you have an issue, they will get it done so fast with smiles. All nice neighbors, never heard about an issue around. Clean and safe no homeless in complex you would see. School is also a very good one. Thank you country hills staff and maintenance crew.

I moved back to California in December of 2019. I had looked at a few other places and had my mind set on a different location. But I still wanted to check out country hills. When I arrived I was greeted by Stephanie in a very friendly and professional manner. I was given a tour and I liked the amenities and the apartment community.
