The facilities are nice, common areas well maintained, but my elevator has broken down at least 3 times in an eight month period. The elevator has currently been broken for 51 days. I feel sorry for older residents on higher floors as the apartments on one side of the building are only accessible by stairway. It sucks to pay elevator prices when the elevator doesn’t even work. I asked for a rent reduction AND THEY DENIED IT. UPS and USPS mail arrives ok most of the time but Fedex and DHL are iffy. Management is responsive when they want to be. Garage door has also been broken a lot which lessens security of the building. A lot of breakdowns for a structure built in 2017, not a lot of compensation/responsiveness for that. Also, the bank account I submitted for my application had $5000 stolen from it within a month of applying. That bank account is not used for any payments, so it was definitely Domain or the parent company. Luckily my bank was able to give it back. I had first applied with redacted routing number but they asked me to re-submit the document without edits. Super sus. I alerted Domain about this as they clearly have an IT/security issue. Portal for applying is not secure.

I would have given zero stars if I could. Be aware that I moved out of there two months ago. I am still expecting my security deposit refund. I call management every day and they never reply. If I am lucky and they answer their phone, Victoria usually has no clue what is going on with my check. They took for me 3500$ and I have not received them back yet. They definitely called me ten days before the end of my lease screaming for the keys, they did not forget about that. This place is extremely unprofessional, stay away from it. Go to Dylan right next to it or to Avalon down the road.

I've been living at the Domain for almost a year now. My experience so far has been amazing. The staff here is so pleasant and helpful. I'd like to give a shoutout to the building management, especially Lucas who really helped me secure the apartment when I first moved in and is always helpful when you need him. Victoria is also great to work with and is super helpful. Overall, I give the building 5 starts!

I'm only leaving 2 stars because Luka really does hear the tenants out and does as much as he can with the resources he has. I had a 5 star review for them on Yelp but obviously now I can tell, it was prematurely written. If it wasn't for him, this would be 1 star. I have 9 ft. windows in my small apartment on the 2nd floor. I can't reach the window because it is roughly 15 ft away from the ground and in the parking lot. I asked management if they could clean it. I was told that no sort of maintenance will be done unless it is an emergency because of the pandemic. So I emailed the district manager thinking maybe it's just THIS specific management. I was emailed the same exact thing with more in depth summary as to why the windows can't be cleaned. Long story short, I am told that the time they spend on cleaning exterior aesthetic of the building is being allocated to prevent the spread of covid along with, they are minimizing the spread by not going into the apartments for regular maintenance which totally understand. now a couple of points: -Every common area in the building is closed or at least supposed to be closed with the exception of the places you can reserve for 1.5 hours. -We are being told to wear a mask around the building -Windows are on the exterior, you don't need to contact or even look at me to do them. -It took 2 months to get a response on window cleaning? I understand what we are going through, I've taken every measure and follow every rule but when I ask for a window that I physically can't clean to be cleaned and covid is used as the excuse? again, I am told that the common areas are being cleaned more frequently for the safety of the tenants when again, a TON of rules, closures, and restrictions were set in place so we can't even use or linger in the common areas really. the weekend is here, I'll be stopping by Home Depot for a ladder and doing this myself which will take all of 10-20 minutes at most.
