Horrible!! 0 stars... Imagine a post office in which an African-American lady scolding you and shouting at you constantly.. the most unfriendly person I have ever seen in my life.. she was the only one who was working in the whole post office today in the morning although there are 5 or 6 counters... It was written that the automated drop off for parcels is broken and one has to go inside, but what you will see when you go inside is a grumpy lady shouting at you to go back to the machine...... Then maybe put a sign over there that the drop off is broken, but you can can still use the automated machine so that we don't wait in the line for half an hour?? ......

Terrible attitude. I asked if I could place my package at a specific corner and she shouted at me. Then I said she could be nice about it and she said “KISS MY ASS”. Can you imagine a USPS staff speaking in such language?! The United States Postal Service should care more about its service and employees. It’s unacceptable.

Hell on earth. Self service box still "broken." There is always only one person working and they move like snails and have an awful attitude. Id much rather go to FedEx or UPS and wish companies would stop using them for returns. The worst.

There is usually only one person working and she's in a BAD mood all the time. Long line 98% of the time, like all the post offices around here. If you can possibly avoid this place, I would suggest that.
