No wait and full service. They had everything that I needed and answered all of my questions. Super nice. Did I mention no wait!? Xfinity had a 4 hour wait.

Use for 3 Plus years nowver had problem and very happy with the customer service. Recently moved to riverside sadly they don't have Google fiber there but will definitely use them again.

GOOGLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!! THEY DONT REPLY TO YOUR RECOVERY FORMS FOR UR GOOGLE ACCOUNT!!! NOR DO THEY HAVE AN ACTUAL NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN REACH A PERSON!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE ALLLL DAY TODAY AND NOTHING. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RECOVER MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW!!!! SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT TRY TO REACH A LIVE PERSON YOU WILL GIVE YOURSELF A HEART ATTACK STRESSING OUT!

When we switched boxes to the chrome cast, , we had issues. The customer service rep, in Texas was extremely helpful . He was knowledgeable about all of the problems we were having and after 1 hour we had all problems fixed. He worked nights. I wished a remembered his name. The remote control is terrible. You Need better design.

The google employees are super nice and very helpful. But you should call the Zona Rosa office to make sure you can do the self installation. But they also will work with you to install themselves.
