Our experience was horrible. We had a party of 7. After working with two individuals that I assumed to be members of management, we were able to move our party to a different seating area due to space. An employee stated at some point that the area was taken. The area was cleaned and we were seated in the area. Literally seconds after everyone took their seats this same young man that expressed that the area was taken comes over and slams a stack of plates on the table almost knocking my sister over as he walked away. It was very loud and obvious that he was upset. He never said a word to the party, I am very surprised the dishes didn't break. My family immediately began to get up from the table. We were celebrating my son's graduation with family from out of town. Why is this type of behavior acceptable in the work place? Management performed their job in making sure we were seated comfortably and then here comes this irate employee. What is all of the hate and anger about? This employee has a position where he is working with and serving various individuals of all races and ethnicities. What would make one so upset? Texas Road House, I know we are coming out of a Pandemic. I know businesses are understaffed and over crowded, but employees such a the young man my family encountered has No business servicing the public. This behavior is unacceptable on every level. This situation could have gotten extremely ugly, however our choice was to walk away and give someone else our business. Yes, I am sure there were hundreds of customers after us, but needless to say we will never be back. This was a horrible experience for my family visiting from Illinois to Kansas City Mo.

OVER THE TOP. GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL RETURN. I don't usually comment or rate a chain because I think most people know what to expect at chains. However, we went for dinner right before 6pm on a Wednesday evening and after our experience, I had to write about it! We had a short wait, less than 15 minutes. Every employee looked us straight in the eye, welcomed us, asked if we were celebrating anything by coming in, how our day was going and our wait staff came back frequently to make sure we had everything we needed while we ate. Alyssa, one of the managers stopped by and checked on us too. The service was efficient and the food was delicious. We were very impressed by the friendliness of each employee. Just WOW.

Texas Roadhouse is my favorite restaurant the food is great and the service is quick. And they also honor our veterans that's why I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Very busy place with a lots of buzz. Music is a bit loud. Best steak I have had in years, and packed with flavors. Try the onion flower is super tasty. Sides are in great sizes. Service is great, and the restaurant is very clean. Can really recommend this place.
