I bought a laptop and it turned into a customer service nightmare. If an item has a manufacturer defect they will tell you that it is the manufacturer's responsibility. The manufacturer Lenova is also a nightmare. You may need blood pressure medication by the time you're done dealing with these people. 💊 💊

Yes. But keep in mind the lamination will make them a bit larger than a standard card.
The print center has a phone, you can just call them. They also take online orders, you can just get in their website and see
