Do not build with classic homes. Once you sign that contract you were literally on your own. Good luck trying to get any help, even though in the contract it states that you have one year with all new builds. I’ve had multiple floods at my house we’ve only been here five months and we have yet to have someone come out to the house absolutely horrible.

Do not build from them!!!!!! They build very cheap houses than refuse to fix it when you show them. The own who's an older lady is extremely rude and ignorant. My husband had a house built 4 years ago and they never put a fan in the master bathroom. Now we're having to spend thousands to put a proper fan and ventilation in it. AGAIN DO NOT GO WITH THIS BUILDER, SHES THE WORST.

Yes you can they have people to pick you up from the drop off and they will take you back.
The company only constructs homes in Pennsylvania. They are almost done with my home.
You should call them for an appointment. They will explain everything to you. They are very diwn to earth. There are no hidden costs. They are very upfront and will work with you. Remember this is Pennsylvania so the fico score requirements are very different from horrible New York. Ask for Lowis. She is professional. Tell them Tishaun Cook sent you. Yes.
