Horrible HORRIBLE experience. I am only still going there because I’m already invested but I’m still considering going elsewhere. Staff was rude talked over me when explaining that all I needed was a note stating how long I need to be on restrictive duty. My job asked me to get that note to return to work yet they spoke rudely to me as if I was being difficult when it was a simple request. Furthermore I called multiple times and left 3 messages for the assistant Angelina and did not get a return call. I was never asking for anything out of the ordinary, just simple requests and was treated as if I was asking for too much. Very unprofessional I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Visits were rushed and questions and/or requests went unanswered. Not worth the headache. Never again. 👎🏾👎🏾

My name is Mark. Everyone was very accommodating. I’ve been to about a half dozen Physical Therapy establishments before in New York. Marcello is a Physical Therapy GOD! His attention to detail, and familiarity of bio targeting the right stretches for my recovery is unrivaled. I hope Amy from billing office can work with me, because I’m on a fixed income, and don’t have the best insurance. If so, it’s really going to be hard to get rid of me! It’s been over a week and my husband has been waiting for an MRI to be authorized, but they’re too busy and “understaffed” to process the authorization. Meanwhile he’s in pain and cannot get proper care without the imaging. Every time I call the office I’m given the run around. We will have to pursue care at another doctor so that we can get a new MRI order to be processed.
