Literally every staff member I interacted with today was so kind, patient and thorough. I felt listened to and my feelings were important. The woman at the front desk was really friendly and my wait time was maybe 5 minutes. The wait time between nurse and doctor was very short as well. I feel confident of his diagnosis and I know I received the best care I could have. I recommend this location of Care Now to anyone. Thank you for making my sick day better!

The only way to reach a human at this site is to visit in person. I attempted to call multiple times, always sent to voicemail and never a return call over a period of 9 days. Was using this site for an employment drug test. Staff will not set appointments. Told to come in a different day when they had staff on site to process the test. “Sooner rather than later in the day”. Staff appeared annoyed that I was there in the early afternoon. Arrived within 20 minutes of the open- completed paperwork and still waited over an hour to be called up for the test. Once I was at the area for the procedure I was impressed. Back end technicians are very thorough and detail oriented and addressed any concerns and has answers to all my questions.

I was seen in a very timely manner and the provider was very nice and caring. However, when I've called the facility to discuss some concerns I have regarding my diagnosis I've never heard back. Facility does not appear to be well run at all. I guess I should expect that from a HCA owned service, their primary concern is their profit. Definitely won't be going back. Good luck collecting my co-pay.

Super surprised how short the wait time was. No one wants to wait when they're sick. Nurse practitioner was excellent. Took great care of me there. Been there twice and both times were terrific. Can't say that about any other urgent care facility I've been to before.
