Alden who worked may 13 2022 between 3 30 am to 4 30 am should be terminated from this store. I watched him being totally unprofessional and rude to a doordash driver asking the driver to write the customers name on the bags when in fact all of the times the bags have name written in them before the driver pics it up and he threw the pen at the driver to write it. Alden was a white guy and bearded with less hair on top said more rude stuff after. The owner and the manager needs to review the camera for the day and time mentioned above.this is not the only time who was rude to a men of color

I always have good experiences here at this 7/11. The only annoying thing is entry and exiting this station. On the Antioch entrance, you have to go behind the building and go all the way around, but during traffic that can be hard. On the 95th entrances, it is a one way going towards the mall and away from the Hyvee across the street, making you only take a right turn when leaving. So just be careful there. I love their slurpees and the times I’ve gone (a lot I have a sweet tooth haha) they are never not working. I love the not so typical flavors as well! The cashiers are always nice and patient with me. I also pick up doordash orders from here and they are always ready to go when I arrive! I have never gotten their food before, and based on some of these other reviews I’m not sure if I will… Now that I’m thinking about it I don’t even know where their kitchen is in the store. I have gotten their coffee once due to being sick of the McDonald’s on 103rd street and it was very good! They have this fancy machine as well as many different flavors of creamer and even flavor syrups to spice it up! Thank you for providing me with great service!

Just had chicken wings delivered. Had been craving them all day. They arrived and were overcooked and looked and tasted like they’d been sitting out all day. Super disappointed. Had to toss them out.

Fugazi owners. 3 brothers lied to employees faces about lockdown pay, approached the father on the subject and admitted there is money and will figure something out soon... Few months after that, bunch of their stores were remodeled.. now over a year later still nothing. Glad I could take part in cancelling over 200 7NOW orders. damn near whole time I worked there, mold remained in the ice maker.
