Before upgrading to a new home, we had a 1975 mobile home. We lived in it for 26 years. Over the years we remodeled a few times. It was home for a long time. Many memories were made. We raised our kids in it. In the end it had several problem areas throughout including termites, mold, soft spots in the floors. It became time to upgrade. We knew there was a mobile home dealership off Monterey Rd. About five years ago we went and looked at the models. All of them were gorgeous. I wanted to buy then, but my husband wasn’t ready. We compromised on getting one in five years instead of 10 years. And then came the day to pick it out. We met Alex Ho. A charming young man with a ton of knowledge about manufactured homes. He asked us questions and got to know us so he had an idea of what we were looking for and what would be suitable for our lives. Then he walked us through each of the models and shared his wisdom with us. He brought up things that we never even thought about when buying a new home. He had the latest and greatest information to share with us about manufactured homes and considered our needs so thoughtfully and gently. He wasn’t pushy like many salesmen. He let us have time on our own as well to browse each model. Alex gave us his cell number and we went home to think about our choices and all the ideas Alex had for us. We decided to go with Alex as our realtor. Throughout the entire process Alex always responded to our texts and calls promptly and still does. Alex is a very helpful person. He even sent us a Christmas card during the holidays. He is very detail oriented and is excited to work and help. His aim was to make us happy throughout the whole process. Alex is an upgrade/trade-in expert. He has new and fresh ideas so you can make your dream home even better than what you imagined. He’s a great listener so you get your wants and needs met. He helped us design our new home from the inside out and outside in. Very thorough. He thought of everything. He was in communication with the builders often making sure everything was being made to order. The completion date of our new home was on point. It usually takes 6-7 weeks once you move out of your old mobile home. It was about 5 ½ weeks. We got the keys sooner than expected! The day we were handed our keys and had our walk-through was a day we’ll never forget. We walked into our new home and were amazed at the beauty and openness of all the rooms. We went into every room and were shown every nook and cranny. We were taught how to use everything from electrical outlets and appliances to the pilot light outside. We went over all the warranties and paperwork. Our new home is so beautiful. Some of our favorite features are the high ceilings. And tray ceilings in the living room and master bedroom. Everywhere you look there is gorgeous crown molding. There are window cornices on each window in the house. It feels so fancy. Ok the kitchen is the star with it’s stunning granite countertops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. We have huge island. I just love it! Every room feels so spacious. In the master bathroom we have a stainless-steel shower tower panel with four different spouts. So luxurious. We recommend our neighbors and friends if they’re in the market to do an Upgrade (Trade-in) to work with Alex Ho. He made it easy for us. We would definitely work with Alex again. He said he’d be available to us always for questions and just to say hey. What a great guy!

We had a mobile home that was built in 1881, our old home's had major leaks in the kitchen, the window and our bathroom, it needed a new other things. We went to Alliance model homes on Monterey highway and meet Alexander Ho, he was amazing from the first day, I am a new to this process and also knew that I would need an agent that would be able communicated with my mom as well. There is three Alex at Alliance but Alex Ho is only Vietnamese speaking. I'm so amazed at how much knowledge Alex, we glad to seem Alex, he listened to what we wanted, which is something this model has never had done before, we also love how flexible Alex was. Our home was ready in the time we were given and the walk through with the warranty team and Alex was great, he surprised us with bag of gifts I would recommend my neighbors and my coworkers to do trade-in with Alliance Homes. Thanks Alex for making our first time home buying experience a great one and we will work with him again. I can't thank Alex enough for our new home. Appreciate and thankful is understatement. Our home is a dream come true.
