I met Maylie at an open house several years ago. She helped me find and purchase my first home, a condo, in San Jose. Then, in fall 2020, my husband and I were ready to purchase a home. Maylie helped me list, stage, and sell my condo as well as helping us find and purchase a new home. Maylie connected me with a lender who was amazing and helped us understand all of our options. The seller and selling agent were difficult to contact and communicate with. Maylie went above and beyond to make sure we were able to close both properties on time and that we were able to be in our new home for Christmas. Maylie is an amazing agent who is responsive and always willing to connect her clients with resources to make the process as smooth as possible. I strongly recommend her to anyone planning to buy or sell a home!

When we moved to California from the East Coast we don’t know anyone. However as part of a relocation package, we were given a realtor name (not Maylie). First sign of red flag was the realtor sent a stand-in guy to show us the Bay Area who was not even a realtor. If a realtor is not willing to give us his time, I don’t see the reason why we should give him/her our business. Lucky for us, we got Maylie’s name from my sister and even before we moved to CA she was already giving us advise. And by the time we met her for the first time, it was like we were already old friends. Working with Maylie made the home buying a breeze. Maylie has bent over backwards during our house hunt. She walked us through several offers until we found the right house. She made appointments to all the necessary inspectors, plumbers, etc. Maylie got us a great house that we are very happy with. When the time came again, we used her to find a beach house. She made the purchase so much easy with her contacts from mortgage guy, notary public, title company, inspectors, etc and all this during Covid. If you want a professional realtor who understands your needs, and treats you #1 and not as a client or a number, Maylie’s the one. You won’t be disappointed.

We started working with Maylie for about 2 years now. Maylie is exceptional when it comes to find houses that fits your needs. She really knows the area and can pick out house that you would really like. She has uncanny ability to focus on Through out this whole process, she really educate us being a first time home buyers. And she also gave her advise so that we can make right decision. In the end she helped us find our first home and we are really grateful to her for that! She was really helpful during entire purchase process. And even after we closed she helped us with small touch ups in our house.
