This is an amazing hotel if you need a place to stay before or after a flight for a night or two. Huuuge suites with kitchens, exceptionally clean, very modern and high tech. They even have a robot butler! Only thing I would say is it’s not very convenient to much in LA besides the airport so would take that into consideration..with LA traffic will take you 40 mins to Santa Monica, Hollywood, etc.

This hotel is awesome! For starters, parking is in the back of the hotel, its inside the parking garage, it may not look like it belongs to the hotel but they do share it with a different company. You have to sign in first and pay for parking at the front desk and they give you a card to get in and out of the parking garage. There is lots of parking at all times so do not worry about space. The hotel itself is very clean and quite and doesnt stink. It's very professional and looks high class and its very fancy and clean. The rooms are very spacious and have a kitchen and a great view. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and a great stay!

The noise outside of our room is awful. Im not sure if it is construction it sounds like wrecking balls. The room is big and modern but feels dirty, the couch is so stained and the most uncomfortable sofa bed we have ever had to put our kids on the springs are literally sticking out of the mattress. We had extra blankets brought up to pad it but she was up multiple times with a sore back. Overall I dont think any of us slept more than two hrs. Over priced and we wished we booked elsewhere

Our room here was very comfortable for sleeping, showering, and eating in front of the TV. Nice to have a kitchen for refrigerating and reheating leftovers. And real plates and utensils! Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. And the business center was comfortable for a couple hours of work on our laptops. We are, however, from Florida. So when attempting to dine on property, we were disappointed when asked for our vaccine cards before even being greeted. We were also told rudely, without eye contact, as though sub-human, that we were not allowed to serve ourselves continental breakfast without wearing a mask, even though we'd be sitting just 20 feet away while eating it, unmasked. We were also not allowed to purchase coffee while unmasked. Some readers of these events are happy. And that's okay. But what's not okay is the way we were viewed and treated: as unclean, unworthy, low-class outsiders. When denied coffee, I looked around and saw a Jewish man and a seemingly single mother. Neither spoke in my defense. I appreciated the irony but would have preferred coffee.

The hotel will generally keep the luggage for about a week.
Slept great. Minimal sound from the occasional car horn, and almost no plane noise - 4th floor
