Today was a difficult day and I thought it was going to get worse. I came down to pls to deal with money issues. As I was going in there I thought it was going to be a mess, cuz of so many people that were already in there. But I was astonished on how quick and professional they handled every customer in the store. Especially when I heard a variety of different issues. But I was most astonished by Janel and iris- on how diligently they troubleshooted and handled my issues. All I wish to say is pls has been a blessing to me.

I want to say thank you to the employees Jorge and Elizabeth for offering me excellent customer service and for helping me resolve my parking ticket issue I had … they went above and beyond to help me to get a prepaid card because I was tired of banking with banks and have to be charged extra fees for everything .
